You don’t have to be a big fat guy to be strong!

I weighed in at 135kg 7 days ago and have easily dropped 6 kg on my way down to 125kg. I do 5 things to drop weight fast….

1, I drop all sugars and complex carbs out of my diet
2. I eat only steak and cabbage and other leafy greens
3. I split my meals into smaller portions throughout the day. Up to 12
4. 10 minute brisk walk when i wake on empty stomach.
5. To stave cravings i have a protein shake with hi fats. Banana, nut butter, raw eggs, one scoop of cultured natural yogut and cinnamin once a day

    I weigh 126 kilos and have diabeties type 2. I NEED to loose weight and regain my fitness. I am 48 and unfortunately a smiker. I am though blocked severely by a constant lack of motivation due to Doc believing its the antidepressants i am on.
    Hoping this diet will help.
