10 Aug easy win at the Drugfree Powerlifting Nationals in Bendigo.

Using only my first two attempts in each lift I managed a comfortable 800 kg total raw!!!!. Breaking every super heavy record possible, using only a belt. Third attempts were used to speculate on pb.s. I missed a 360kg but feel it is close. I won the competition overall on swartz formula but because this was my first comp back, I was not eligable to register any new records. Overall a great warm up to the world championships in Russia. Score 280k 190k 330k 800k

23-24 Aug. World record breakers-Poland

In an extreme sport this is one of the most extreme tests. 8 athletes try to break 8 world records. 4 of these athletes have won w.s.m the current w.s.m was there to set the pace.a.k.a Super Mario he set a blistering pace and won the comp decisively. Breaking one world record by carrying a 175kg of steel for over 100 mtrs. I managed 6th overall and consider that a personal win for me. Beating any of these guys at this level is a prized achievement.

11-- 17 0ct 'Strongmen of the Carribean'

8 four man teams from all corners of the world will fight it out in St Maarten to see who is the strongest. I will be in the Australian/pacific islander team along side the huge Levi Vaoga [nz] and two all blacks. We are also looking for the biggest islander strongman, Joe Onasie to make a possible return, which would make us the biggest team in the Carribean. A great advantage. We are all warriors with fire in our bellies and ready for war, so beware of the islanders!!!
